What type of information is held?

First names, contact telephone number and an email address is required
for each draw number.
Swansea People will use telephone numbers to contact prize winners.

When you visit www.swanseapeople.co.uk, a third-party service Google Analytics is used to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
This is to find out such things as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site.
This information is processed in a way that does not directly identify anyone and is used to make improvements to the service.

for online entry.
For payments, credit/debit card details and email address are entered on a secure payment page on the Swansea People website.

Personal data is required for the purpose of online payment and prize fulfilment.

First names will appear on the Swansea People website.
First names and contact telephone numbers will be stored securely on phone and online and used to inform prize winners.
After the prize winners are known, participants who are not prize winners will have their data deleted immediately.
For prize winners, personal data will be held for as long as necessary for prize fulfilment after which they will be deleted.

Swansea People collects First names, contact telephone numbers, email addresses and a photograph of participants in each draw.
