Swansea People is a mix of art, optional portrait photography and prize draw for local people.
Also raises funds for Swansea foodbanks.
How much is it to take part?
£24 per draw number.
This works out at £6 per person for a group of 4.

Can an individual take part?
Yes.
The event is open to 1 to 4 people per draw number.
As an individual entering, if you were to be a prize draw winner, you can
invite 1 to 3 people for food and drinks.

What type of art is on the site?
All images are AIGA or Artificial Intelligence Generative Art.
Many people will view the images on their phones but for the
best viewing experience the art is best seen on a desktop computer, laptop or tablet.

How many numbers are in the Prize Draw?
A maximum of 30.

About the draw
Participants choose a number from 1 to 30.
1 to 4 people are assigned to each draw number.
Date of each draw will be announced on this site.
Winning number in each draw will be drawn independently by employees
of businesses in Swansea.

What is the Draw prize?
Food and Drink for 1 to 4 people worth £30 per person to spend
at a Swansea restaurant, pub or cafe.
Each Prize winner will also receive a poster from any image on the site.

Can the images be printed out for wall art or picture frames?
Yes, the idea is to make every image available
that people can put on display at home.
Maximum print sizes are 16 inches x 24 inches or 18 inches x 18 inches.

Are images High Resolution for printing posters?
Yes, all images are set at 300 DPI (Dots per inch).

What is 'Nominate Art?'
Everyone who takes part can nominate their favourite art that
they would like to have as wall art or in a picture frame at home.
The most popular art is included in the price.
Your print will be handed to you in person in Swansea.
Print size will be 16 inches x 24 inches
or 18 inches x 18 inches.

If we take part is there a discount on posters?
Yes, you will receive 4 posters of your choice (4 of the same) for £11
which works out at £2.75 each.
(normal price is £11 for one poster).
Posters will be handed to you in Swansea with a pick up location arranged.

How do we take part online?
Go to the 'Take Part' page to arrange a meeting in Swansea.

What payment do you accept?
Credit or Debit card.
​
Do you need a Credit/Debit card payment from everyone?
No, just the one card will be accepted per draw number.
You can settle up with your friends or family later.

Why is an email address needed?
An email address is required for receipt to be sent.
​
How much will be donated to the Foodbank?
£3 for each draw number entry.
​
How do you decide which foodbank to donate to?
Occasionally, prize winners will be asked to pick a foodbank of their choice.
They will be presented with a list to choose from.

Do you have a target for the Foodbank?
Yes, once £200 is reached, this will be given to the selected foodbank
and be announced on this site.
​
Are Sponsorship opportunities available now?
Yes, sponsors can also have a say in what prizes are offered or prizes will be chosen for the sponsor.

Where do you invite people to take part?
Around Swansea and in pubs, cafes, diners in the city centre, the maritime quarter and Mumbles.
​
Who can take part?
Participants must live in the Swansea Bay Region and be 18 years old or over.
